Say it ain’t so! You always have good taste, however both of these cars are fuck ugly abominations.

Another automaker Superbowl ad has been released. This time, Chevy is sticking it to Ford, saying it’s owners won’t survive the highly publicized Mayan Apocalypse. I think I read yesterday that January’s sales numbers had Ford with an increase in sales and GM truck sales had fallen month-to-month. Guess the survival rate will be lower than expected. Ohh! The newly branded 2013 SRT Viper teaser photo has leaked. (I know I’m a bit late with the news, but after seeing the picture you’ll realize you didn’t miss much anyway.) It will no longer carry the Dodge badge which I see as a very smart move. It puts the Viper in a new class of sports car. Bumped it up to the next level so to speak. Because lets be honest, when you say sports car, I don’t go, “Oh yeah, you mean Ferrari, Lambo, Fisker, and Dodge.” I think I see good things in Chrysler’s future. Wait, did I really just say that?

Honda has managed to create the best and the worst ads for the upcoming Superbowl. Their Acura NSX commercial blows their Honda CR-V commercial out of the water. Ferris Bueller should’ve driven a red NSX and that would’ve been the best commercial. I chose to show you the best commercial starring Jerry Seinfeld and another big name car fanatic that I won’t name as to not spoil the ending. Enjoy.

PLX Devices now has a OBD II scanner that syncs to your smart device that not only scans your computer for codes, it will spit out real time performance data. Droid users can pick up this bad boy for just $99 on most of your major online stores such as Amazon, eBay, and the manufacturer. IPhone lovers, however, aren’t so lucky. You’re gonna have to fork over $139 and up to stay tech savvy. You can purchase these at all the same places. Once you’ve got your new toy, you’ll have to fork over some more cash for the App you’ll have to purchase to actually use your scanner with your phone. The one I’ve shown here runs $40 in the iPhone App Store. It’s made by Devtoaster and it’s called Rev. There are a few others so be sure to do some researching before you decide.

I have just purchased this recently and will be trying it out very soon. I’ll be sure to give you guys the pros and cons because you auto know before you buy.
